Discover Our World

Our Mission

At 'Life with Kangaroos,' our mission is to bridge the gap between human civilization and the wild heart of Australia. We believe in respectful coexistence, education, and active conservation. Through our stories, photographs, and experiences, we aim to foster a deeper appreciation for the incredible creatures that share our land. We document the daily challenges and joys of living side-by-side with kangaroos, the serene presence of koalas in our eucalyptus trees, and the watchful gaze of the ancient goannas. Our goal is not just to observe, but to participate in the preservation of these unique ecosystems for generations to come, advocating for responsible wildlife tourism and habitat protection.

Our Journey

2010 - The Beginning

Our family moved to a remote property in New South Wales, marking the start of our incredible journey living alongside Australian wildlife. The first kangaroos appeared on our lawn, sparking a lifelong passion.

2015 - First Rescue

We rescued our first orphaned joey, "Pip." This transformative experience led us to get certified in wildlife care and rehabilitation, and we officially began our conservation efforts.

2018 - Blog Launch

"Life with Kangaroos" was launched to share our stories and photographs with the world. The goal was to build a community of nature lovers and advocate for wildlife protection.

2023 - Community Growth

Our blog and social media presence grew significantly, allowing us to fundraise for local conservation projects and launch our first guided bushwalks for visitors.
